Carol Rodriguez is Head of Legal Services – US at Konexo. She has over 27 years of corporate, securities and contracting experience in the public and private sectors.
Carol works closely with the Head of Konexo US and Head of Legal Resourcing – US to deliver alternative legal services. Carol is responsible for overseeing the US legal managed services delivery as well as supervising document and due diligence reviews; regulatory research projects; financial services investigations and data breach response.
Based in Washington DC, Carol has previously worked in the real estate and financial services sectors as well as two leading national law firms based in New York and Michigan.
