Mission Statement
At Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, we believe the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion is not a trend, check-the-box function, or charitable endeavor. Our approach focuses on identifying ways to create and maintain a culture that reflects our values when it comes to inclusion. We aim to take an intersectional approach to understanding and addressing inequity, not just within our own systems, policies, and practices when we see it, but as responsible, active corporate citizens in our communities, the legal industry, and the markets in which we compete.
We work to remove identity-based barriers and provide support to business professionals and attorneys from all backgrounds.
