- representing a multinational insurance company with its mortgage loan origination work through an $800m fund, targeting real estate debt backed by existing core US real estate assets in the industrial, retail and multifamily sectors
- representing energy clients in development, acquisition and financing of traditional and alternative energy projects, such as solar and wind projects in the US, UK and Europe
- negotiating dozens of retail leases for a multinational technology and e-commerce company opening brick and mortar locations
- advising a major public pension fund in joint ventures with two public REITs to create investment funds to acquire up to $2bn in retail and healthcare properties
