With more than 30 years of experience, Marc counsels clients on a wide array of transactional real estate projects.
These include transactions in most real estate asset classes, including office buildings, multifamily apartments, single family rental, industrial properties, data centers, casinos, hotels, shopping centers, senior housing, student housing, storage and vineyards.
His practice focuses on complex real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of commercial real estate properties. Marc also regularly advises on the negotiation and structuring of joint venture agreements, and the development of improved and unimproved property.
Over the years, he has represented various clients, including institutional and private investors, family offices, investment organizations, individual property owners and developers, borrowers and lenders, landlords and tenants, and regional and national developers of office, multifamily, single family rental, industrial, data centers, retail and casino projects. Marc has worked on deals of all sizes, ranging from deals as small as several million dollars to the representation of an institutional real estate investor in the $2.875 billion sale of a 29-property office portfolio.
Marc served as Partner in Charge of the Eversheds Sutherland Chicago office from June 2019 through March 2025.
