Henrik Sandholm and Touko Raitis invited to become partners in Eversheds Attorneys LtdMay 20, 2022 The partners’ meeting of Eversheds Attorneys Ltd. decided, on 18 May 2022, to invite Attorney-at-Law Henrik Sandholm and Attorney-at-Law Touko Raitis to become partners in the company. Henrik Sandholm is an experienced advisor in major international and domestic corporate transactions. Henrik also deals with real estate transactions and related lease agreements and other arrangements. He specialises in arrangements and assignments in the energy sector, especially related to renewable energy. Touko Raitis has extensive experience in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings of various sizes. He advises our clients in a broad range of corporate assignments related to insolvency law, both as an appointed administrator in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings and as a member of the team in some of the most notable insolvency proceedings in Finland. He also regularly advises our corporate and private clients in litigation in courts and in arbitration as well as in conciliation proceedings. Touko and Henrik have both joined Eversheds early on in their careers and have progressed to Specialist Counsels. Touko has also headed our Turku office since the beginning of 2020. “I am delighted to be able to announce our new Partner-elects.
