Eversheds Sutherland advises Quad/Graphics, Inc. on the sale of the majority of its European operations

The English, Polish and French offices of law firm Eversheds Sutherland advised Quad/Graphics, Inc. on the international transaction for the sale of the majority of the European operations of the Quad/Graphics, Inc. group to Capmont GmbH, a German alternative asset management platform.
