Eversheds Sutherland Advises HF Sinclair Corp. on Entry Into $2 Billion Credit FacilityApril 04, 2025 Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to have advised HF Sinclair Corporation (NYSE: DINO) on its senior unsecured multi-year revolving credit agreement with a maximum aggregate commitment amount of $2 billion, which closed on April 3, 2025. The credit agreement has a 5-year availability period, includes swingline and letter of credit sub facilities, and has an accordion feature that allows the maximum aggregate commitment amount to be increased to $2.75 billion. Multiple financial institutions entered into the agreement as lenders and issuing banks.
