Eversheds Sutherland have advised Livingbridge on its investment in Visualsoft

Eversheds Sutherland have advised Livingbridge on its investment in Visualsoft, a market-leading eCommerce platform provider.

Visualsoft provides SMEs with an industry-leading end-to-end eCommerce solution alongside a range of wrap-around digital marketing services. Their growth has been accelerated by COVID-19 as retailers sought new ways to improve their own platforms and capitalise on the increased shift to online spending.

The investment was made through Livingbridge’s Enterprise 3 fund and builds on previous investments in the technology sector, including TitanHQ, which completed earlier this year.

The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Corporate Partner Lizzy Tindall with support from Corporate Associates Ruary Smith and Sam Jones. Further support was also provided by Banking and Finance Partner Ben Tumelty, Senior Associate Catherine Jones, Commercial Partner Phil James and Employment Senior Associate Gemma Rusling.
