Samer advises on corporate, commercial, employment and real estate matters with a particular emphasis on M&A, equity capital markets (IPO and listings of companies and funds on GCC markets), joint ventures, corporate restructuring, company incorporation and funds. Samer also has significant experience advising banks and financial institutions on their corporate and security documents as well as industrial, manufacturing and transportation companies on their licensing, incorporation process and acquisitions.
Samer is a regular speaker on topics such as joint ventures, companies and industries start up, IPO and listing, corporate governance, merger and acquisition. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
