Jess is a partner in our construction and engineering group.
She specialises in all forms of construction, engineering and operation disputes arising in the energy, built environment and infrastructure sectors. She advises on major projects in the UK and around the world both in respect of risk management and dispute avoidance as well as dispute resolution through litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation.
Jess’s practice is increasingly dominated by disputes in the energy sector (in particular solar and wind) and she has significant experience in complex high value disputes (including PPP/PFI projects) across multiple sectors (energy, waste, transport and defence) acting for owners, sponsors, equity investors, debt financiers, construction contractors and operators.
Jess is a ranked lawyer in Chambers and Partners 2023 where she is noted as “incredibly bright” and “a very calm litigator but aggressive when she need to be”.
