Aaron also routinely advises clients in connection with their cross border acquisitions or reorganizations. Aaron has developed a truly global practice and routinely works with the Eversheds teams in Europe, Asia and the Middle East to develop solutions for clients to achieve their business goals.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Aaron worked in the Corporate group of a major national law firm. Prior to law school, Aaron served as a consumer economic risk analyst at a multinational banking and financial services corporation.
