She is qualified as a solicitor in both Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China and speaks fluent Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English. She has substantial experience in handling equity capital market and general corporate matters, in particular, initial public offerings (IPOs) and compliance matters for listed companies in Hong Kong.

Yolanda also advises clients on M&A, company secretarial services and other general corporate matters.
