Joel is a UK corporate Senior Associate and a member of our FS M&A team. He specializes in private equity, M&A, venture capital, reorganizations and corporate governance.
Joel advises a variety of clients within the financial services sector, including insurance, foreign exchange (FX), consumer finance and fintechs. He also has experience and worked with clients in the clean energy and electric vehicle (EV) sectors.
