Linn has extensive experience advising on the full range of fund finance products and structures, delivering financing solutions at every level of the fund structure, including master funds, feeder funds, alternative investment vehicles, co-investment vehicles, general partners, management companies and holding vehicles.
Her practice encompasses subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, GP and management company facilities, co-investment facilities, hybrid facilities and other bespoke financing solutions. She regularly advises on complex and innovative transactions, including financings for continuation vehicles, open-ended and evergreen funds, and other evolving structures within the private funds market.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Linn was a partner at a US law firm, ranked Tier 1 in Fund Finance.
