Building the accountancy investigations and financial services practiceMarch 09, 2020 Eversheds Sutherland strengthens regulatory and investigations experience with lateral hire Eversheds Sutherland has appointed Kari McCormick, a highly experienced accountancy investigations and financial services lawyer, as Partner within its Financial Services Disputes and Investigations (FSDI) Group. Kari will join Eversheds Sutherland on Monday 16 March 2020, and will be based in the London office. Kari has over 25 years of experience, most recently building a renowned practice at Burges Salmon advising financial institutions. She has a broad range of experience advising accountants and auditors on liability disputes, regulatory investigations and risk management. Kari also represents financial institutions in relation to disputes and regulatory issues including enforcement action. At Eversheds Sutherland, Kari's specific focus will be on growing the accountancy investigations practice as well as supporting financial services clients. Kari will join the practice’s growing FSDI Group.
