Christian is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A practice group in our Munich office.
He specializes in M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures, co-operations, and reorganizations.
Christian is Co-Head of Eversheds Sutherland’s Aerospace, Defence & Security Sector Group and Co-Head of the firm’s Corporate Reorganizations Group.
In addition to his specialism in the field of M&A transactions, he has comprehensive experience in corporate and capital market law and advises members of executive and supervisory boards on questions of corporate governance and corporate compliance and in connection with the preparation and implementation of annual general meetings of listed companies.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2012, Christian worked as a corporate/M&A lawyer for Linklaters in Munich and Düsseldorf for more than six years.
Christian regularly publishes articles in the German legal press and contributes to legal text books on company law and corporate governance topics.
He is recommended for Corporate Law by Best Lawyers and JUVE Handbook. In 2021, Christian has been awarded a “Top Lawyer for Corporate Law” by German business weekly WirtschaftsWoche.
