Marc specializes in M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, with a strong focus on private equity, industrials, and real estate matters. He regularly advises in setting up and structuring new business in Switzerland. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Marc worked for several years in the transaction support team of a Big Four accounting firm in Switzerland and New York (USA) and in business law firms.
