Simon is a Senior Associate in our London Construction and Engineering disputes team, acting for clients on large-scale, complex energy and infrastructure disputes and providing project advisory support to facilitate the successful delivery of live projects.
Simon’s recent experience includes acting for an EPCI contractor in LCIA arbitration proceedings relating to a US$250m offshore energy project in West Africa, providing project advisory support relating to the construction of multiple solar PV plants in the UK and Europe, and assisting a number of battery storage developers on the successful delivery of projects in the UK.
Simon has built a strong reputation for working closely with project teams and experts to get to the bottom of complex technical issues and translating those findings into straightforward strategic advice.
