Dominique Gottret specializes in M&A transactions, succession planning, and corporate restructurings, with a particular focus on industrial companies, software and technology businesses, as well as real estate.
He has advised on numerous company acquisitions and sales, the establishment of joint ventures, international restructurings, and cross-border mergers. He also provides counsel on contract law and regularly leads contract negotiations.
During his time as a legal advisor at KPMG Law, he led the Corporate and M&A practice in Switzerland as Head of M&A / Corporate Law. Prior to that, he worked at commercial law firms in both advisory and litigation-related roles.
