Eversheds Sutherland advised Sozap (publ) ("SOZAP") on its SEK 11.4 million rights issue of shares.
 
SOZAP is a digital entertainment company active in developing and publisher of games, mainly for iOS and Android. 
The company has developed games like Armed Heist, Fishing Tour, and Questopia.
 
Eversheds Sutherland’s team consisted of Mark Falkner and John Edgren. Augment Partners acted as financial advisor to SOZAP.
