Rob is a Partner in the Banking and Finance Group of Eversheds Sutherland in Dublin.  

Rob advises banks, corporate lenders and corporate borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions including real estate and development finance, acquisition finance and general corporate lending.  Rob has extensive experience in advising lender clients on the provision of facilities to limited partnerships, ICAVS and other regulated entities.  Rob also has significant experience in reviewing existing security structures and in advising on debt restructuring, workouts and enforcement strategies.
