• Represented international engineering and construction company on disputes arising out of the construction of multiple power plants, resulting in a favorable settlement.
• Brought claims on behalf of a leading industrial services provider and construction company against the EPC contractor of a large (over one million square foot) manufacturing plant for breach of contract with damages in the mid-eight figures.
• Represented a major EPC contractor in an eight-figure breach of contract dispute arising out of the construction of a complex combined-cycle power plant in Argentina.
• Represents an international engineering and construction company in an eight-figure dispute arising out of a 755-MW combined cycle plant in Maryland with issues involving delay and defective work claims.

• Resolved a dispute involving pass-through delay claims and alleged material deficiencies for a track and contact rail demolition and construction contractor related to the SEPTA Guideway project in Philadelphia.
• Achieved a favorable settlement for a controls and signals company in a claim against a general contractor concerning a rejected bid on a light rail project in metropolitan Atlanta.
• Advised a large foreign rail and road EPC contractor on contract and bidding issues related to its bid for the Purple Line in metropolitan Washington DC.
• Achieved a favorable settlement for a sophisticated controls and signal company on a claim against the Toronto Transit Commission concerning expansion of construction on Toronto’s light rail system.
• Resolved multiple subcontractor cases in federal court for an EPC contractor, including settling substantial disputed claims from an electrical subcontractor on favorable terms after filing a motion for partial summary judgment.
• Represents an electrical contractor in more than $25 million in disputes with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection over biological nutrient removal process upgrade work performed at three separate wastewater treatment plants.
• Obtained a multimillion-dollar arbitration award for an EPC contractor after a week-long “baseball” arbitration involving the design and construction of a utility-scale solar power plant in Georgia, and completely defeated eight-figure counterclaims.
• Represented one of the largest energy companies in North America in analyzing and pursuing claims against construction and equipment contractors at its solar power plant in Texas.
