We acted as advisor to Insta Group in its acquisition of PLC-Automation Oy’s capital stock

We acted as legal and financial advisor to Insta Group in its acquisition of the entire capital stock of PLC-Automation. The acquisition supports joint growth and the development of specialised know-how with a customer-oriented approach, which will better address the growing and diversifying electrical automation and digitalization needs of the companies' industrial clients.

Eversheds acted as Insta's advisor, but even as the sellers’ representative, I always received clear, consistent, and prompt answers from Eversheds to any questions I had relating to the transaction or its implementation, commented Jouni Huotari, CEO of PLC-Automation.

Insta Group Oy is a Finnish family-owned company operating in industrial automation, industrial digitalization, cybersecurity, and defence technology.

Based in Oulu, PLC-Automation Oy is an engineering service company providing electrical and automation applications as well as equipment and installation services for industry.
