Fábio Loureiro joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2014 and became a Partner in 2023. He co-coordinates the Litigation and Dispute Management Department.

He has more than ten years of experience in the field of dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), especially in the civil and commercial component. His work is focussed in civil liability, namely in the financial intermediation of investments, as well as national and cross-border contractual disputes.

His practice also includes the legal sponsorship of some criminal and misdemeanour proceedings.

Since 2023, Fabio co-coordinates Eversheds Sutherland's multidisciplinary team dedicated to ESG matters.
