Joanna supports clients in implementing competition law and compliance programmes and conducts due diligence audits, including reviews of distribution structures as well as discount and pricing policies.
She represents clients in proceedings before competition and consumer protection authorities and advises throughout all stages of contract negotiation and conclusion. She drafts both standard and tailor-made commercial agreements for domestic and international trade.
Joanna also provides comprehensive assessments of planned business solutions for compliance with consumer protection law. She prepares and reviews template contracts, internal regulations, and consumer-facing communications. Her experience spans advising clients from a wide range of industries, including domestic entrepreneurs and international capital groups, at every stage of their commercial activities. She has also been involved in numerous proceedings relating to the control of concentrations.
