We represented Suomen Yhteiskuntakiinteistöt Oy in two daycare centre real estate transactions

Hoivatilat Plc carried out a real estate transaction together with Suomen Kuntakiinteistöt Group, more specifically Suomen Yhteiskuntakiinteistöt Oy, at the end of December 2023. As a result of the transaction, two new daycare centre properties were transferred to the ownership of Hoivatilat. The actual purchase price of the daycare properties was EUR 8.5 million.

Partner Kirsi Karvonen was responsible for the assignment. The team also included Senior Associate Rosa Junttila, and on taxation matters Partner Torsti Lakari.
