Lambros has significant experience in advising both claimants and defendants in all aspects of competition litigation, in cases often straddling multiple jurisdictions, including in relation to class actions and settlements before the issue of proceedings. He has also conducted appeals from and judicial reviews of decisions of competition and regulatory authorities.
He is a solicitor advocate and represents clients in oral hearings before the regulators, tribunals and courts. He also has significant experience in contentious competition matters such as market investigations, abuse of dominance and cartel investigations (including dawn raids) as well as providing non-contentious strategic competition advice.
Lambros has particular expertise in the FMCGs, retail, sports, media, financial services and technology sectors.

- advising a multinational chemicals manufacturer in defending a standalone alleged cartel damages action in the High Court
- representing a major technology company in its defence of consumer collective opt-out proceedings in the CAT in connection with its app store
- advising a market leading manufacturer on defending follow-on damages actions in multiple EU jurisdictions flowing from a European Commission cartel decision
- representing a major technology company in its defence of injunction proceedings in the CAT brought by a major developer
- advising a FTSE100 company in its competition claim against a major supplier for abuse of its dominant position, in breach of EU and UK competition rules (Article 102 TFEU, Chapter II Competition Act)
- advising the seller in its competition law claims in the CAT against the league in connection with the sale of a football club
- advising a group of claimants on competition damages claims in respect of interchange fees
- representing a French sea-workers co-operative before the CAT and in the Court of Appeal, successfully challenging a Competition and Markets Authority merger prohibition decision on jurisdictional grounds
- advising a multinational transport operator in connection with the High Court proceedings brought by a distributor alleging, inter alia, infringements of Articles 101 and 102 TFEU
- advising a client in connection with infringement proceeding under Chapter I of Competition Act 1998 (including dawn raid and leniency application)
- advising a client in connection with infringement proceedings brought by the EC Commission under Article 101 TFEU (including leniency application)
