Saara Kyhälä specialises in real estate and corporate transactions.
Saara heads our Real Estate, Construction and Environment practice and advises on a wide range of real estate matters, including real estate transactions, lease agreements, property development projects, as well as zoning and permitting matters. She also assists clients in matters relating to real estate funds.
Saara has extensive experience in corporate transactions across various industries, including related contractual arrangements such as shareholders’ agreements.
She also has broad experience in other contractual and corporate law matters.

- advising the buyers in a real estate transaction in which NIAM sold the Plaza Alto office property in Aviapolis
