Dmitri Zdobnõh has over ten years of experience advising clients in financial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law. He specialises in advising on complex financial and commercial transactions, including regulatory compliance and transaction structuring.
Dmitri has extensive experience in finance, financial regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters. He has advised clients on stock exchange listings, licensing of financial institutions, and regulatory challenges related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
His clients include both international and local businesses, including those in the banking and fintech sectors. Dmitri has participated in numerous cross-border transactions and advised innovative financial services providers, including lenders, fund managers, payment service providers, and crypto asset service providers, on compliance with EU and local regulations.
Thanks to his analytical approach and extensive knowledge, Dmitri is a reliable partner in addressing legal issues related to both strategic transactions and day-to-day business operations.
In addition to his legal practice, Dmitri lectures in taxation at Tallinn University of Technology.
