  • a German institutional fund on the acquisition of 3 multi-let office investments in Dublin for over €135m, each let to corporate occupiers
  • a Korean institutional fund on the acquisition of a large office investment in Dublin for over €100m, occupied by a well-known international service office provider
  • a Canadian real estate fund on all real estate aspects of the acquisition and delisting of an industrial REIT plc
  • a well-known Swiss fund on the acquisition of several office investments in Dublin
