Philippe de Guyenro is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland in Paris, where he heads the tax practice.
Philippe specialises in corporate tax law, transactions and reorganisations. He advises clients, mainly large groups and mid-sized French and international companies, on their national and cross-border tax structuring operations. He also assists them in all tax aspects of their external growth transactions and in their internal reorganisation.
He has recently been involved in several carve-out operations for industrial groups aiming at separating their activities, as well as in the implementation of combined structures resulting from strategic acquisitions.
As a lawyer for over thirty years, Philippe has also developed a strong experience in real estate taxation and advises companies in their relationships with tax authorities, including during litigation cases.
In his international carrier, he has worked for more than sixteen years at PwC, including two years in New York City, and at several renowned international law firms before joining Eversheds Sutherland. He speaks French and English.
