Associate Eliška Miklíková strengthens Eversheds Sutherland's litigation team

The international law firm Eversheds Sutherland once again welcomes associate Eliška Miklíková, who returns to the office from parental leave. Eliška will strengthen the firm's litigation team.

In her practice, Eliška focuses primarily on judicial and arbitration proceedings and on issues of private international law. As part of her pro bono activities, she focuses on the rights of patients in healthcare, especially the rights of expectant mothers and children.

She started working in our firm in 2018. In the past, she worked in the law firm of prof. Bělohlávek and then at Urban & Hejduk. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University and studied at Aalborg University in Denmark and Northwest University in China. In addition to Czech, she is fluent in English.
