Will helps businesses raise debt capital to fund their operations, growth and capital projects.
Will advises clients on a variety of lending, capital markets and other financing transactions, with experience in industries ranging from automotive to staffing and technology to commodities, and a particular focus on electric utilities and the broader energy and infrastructure sectors. Will's practice primarily consists of representing borrowers entering into credit facilities and corporate issuers and their underwriters in the issuance of debt securities, though he regularly represents creditor clients in lending and commercial transactions as well. Will also advises clients on economic development incentives and other public-private partnership transactions for energy and industrial facilities, real estate developments, and other major capital projects, and has experience representing energy-industry clients in acquisitions, project development, and various commercial transactions.
