Raiko is a Partner in our Tallinn office.
Raiko heads our Litigation and Dispute Management group. He has over 20 years of experience in advising and representing clients.
Raiko represents clients in both judicial as well as arbitration disputes. In particular, Raiko is advising clients in matters concerning law of obligations, construction, public procurement, corporate and insurance law.
Raiko also acts as an arbitrator in the Court of Arbitration of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Raiko possesses unique Estonia experience and competence in advising and settling disputes concerning the performance of contracts for services based on FIDIC Red Book and Yellow Book, having represented the Road Administration in all major disputes related to road construction.
