Eversheds Sutherland advises Hadron Insurance on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Folgate Insurance and its entry into the UK market

Hadron Insurance is an innovative hybrid insurer focused on supporting managing general agents in accelerating their growth. The firm is backed by Altamont Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Palo Alto.
