Monika Głowacka is a Global Competition Law Lead at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. In her role Monika manages Competition Law Compliance Program for the company and supports various projects from antitrust and corporate area.

Jānis Siliņš is a Senior Associate in the public procurement practice group of the Eversheds Sutherland Latvia office. He has worked across different sectors such as public procurement, employment law, commercial disputes and litigation. Jānis also provides daily legal support to clients as well as resolving various employment law disputes. 

Milda Jasaitienė is a Senior Associate in the commercial group of the Eversheds Sutherland Lithuania office. Milda has been involved in a number of M&A transactions and works with both local and international clients. She has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources, including recruitment, creating HR policies, and advising on consultation procedures. Milda has spent the last ten years of her career focusing on migration-related services.

Paweł Lasota is a Senior Associate in the labor law group of the Eversheds Sutherland Poland office. He focuses on labor law, both individually and collectively. Pawel assists the HR department with day-to-day employment issues and provides strategic advice on business M&A and restructuring. He has worked on a number of M&A transactions including venture capital and private equity, where he has conducted employment law due diligence and has prepared transaction documentation.

Petra Nieminen is an Associate in the employment law group of the Eversheds Sutherland Finland office. She consults local and foreign clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including managerial and employment contracts, collective agreements, workplace privacy protection, termination of employment, transactions, corporate restructuring, and occupational safety.
