How can one assess whether a person is (un)fit for work – and what does this mean for the employment relationship?

Assessing a person's capacity or incapacity to work is a complex process that requires both medical and legal expertise. The new below referenced handbook provides practitioners with detailed guidance and practical support in navigating this demanding task.

The publication includes a contribution by Carol Tissot and Sarah Leutwiler on the topic of workplace-related incapacity and its legal classification under Swiss employment law.

Carol Tissot and Sarah Leutwiler have many years of experience in employment law and in handling personal injury cases, including in liability and insurance law.
