Autamme asiakkaitamme kaupallistamaan keksintöjä, suojelemaan keskeisiä immateriaalioikeuksia ja jäsentämään liiketoimintaa ja kumppanuuksia siten, että markkinoille saadaan nopeasti ja helposti seuraavan sukupolven lääkkeitä, tuotteita ja palveluita.

Some of our recent work includes:

  • representing an US pharmaceutical company in the reorganization of its Austrian distribution organization
  • advising a market-leading Austrian home nursing services provider on the organization and the standard agreements for its 24-hour care
  • advising in unfair trade litigation regarding advertisement for drugs and medical devices
  • advising life sciences companies on all issues of public procurement of medicinal products by hospitals and governmental agencies
  • advising a pharmaceutical wholesaler on issues of the verification of the authenticity of medicinal products and related issues of data protection
